Ric Woods – Editorial
Ric began racing at the age of 11 with an Airfix set and went on to join the Blyth ECRA club at the age of 15. When the club folded, Ric was forced to embark on a spectacularly unsuccessful music career instead. He came back to club racing in 2003, achieving some success particularly in endurance racing in the UK and mainland Europe. He is currently enjoying his ‘home racer’ status.
Marc Abbott – Graphics
Marc has raced slot cars since he was 13 when he joined a club racing BSCRA cars. During his 30s, he decided that hard-bodied Scalextric-type cars were more to his liking and joined The West London Scalextric Club, later moving to become a committee member of the Nascot Wood Slot Car Club (formerly Burnt Oak)
